With Tiger Woods in hiding and wife Elin moved into a new rental house in Orlando, it’s time for Rachel Uchitel to get back to work. The prima donna of Tiger’s many girlfriends is hosting her 35th birthday Jan. 29 at the 251 club in Palm Beach. An e-mail sent to friends of the “celebrity socialite” promises “music by DJ Adam Lipson, with special guests.” Before her dalliance with Tiger made headlines in November, Uchitel worked as a nightclub hostess in New York and Las Vegas. Since Thankgiving, she’s been working on her tan in Palm Beach, where her mother lives.
