Lingerie maker buys $24M Manhattan duplex

Eric Ryd, a Swedish lingerie manufacturer based in Hong Kong, has bought developer Louis Cappelli‘s 13-room duplex at 515 Park Ave. for $24 million, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. That’s $5.5 million less than the latest asking price, but a lot more than the $15 million Cappelli paid in 2002 when it was in foreclosure. It will be the Ryds’ second home while Cappelli — known as the Donald Trump of Westchester — and his glam Australian actress wife, Kylie, will now mostly live in a 5,200-square-foot apartment on the 41st floor of his own Ritz-Carlton Westchester hotel.
