Looks like Gloria Estefan will have a new Miami Sound Machine to play with at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival this weekend. Word is she’ll jam with Joe Bastianich, “Ace of Cakes” baker Duff Goldman, and John Cusimano, husband of Rachael Ray, at an event tonight hosted by Ray and Seven Daughters Wines at the Raleigh. Estefan and crew will perform for such expected guests as Art Smith, Donatella Arpaia, Guy Fieri, Spike Mendelsohn and Todd English.
