A slimmed-down Jeff Garlin celebrated the release of his new book, “My Footprint — Carrying the Weight of the World” at Carolines on Broadway Thursday night with a slew of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” royalty, including Larry David, Susie Essman, Richard Kind and Wayne Federman. A chuckling David read the book in the corner while Garlin signed Essman’s copy with an inscription to his TV spouse referencing his real one: “Susie, I’m so lucky to have you as my wife. I love you and trust you as if you were Marla.” Essman joked to The Post’s Mandy Stadtmiller, “If Jeff loses more weight, what am I going to do? I’m not going to be able to call him a fat f – – – anymore. You know what? I’ll find something else to call him.”
