Heidi Montag’s plastic surgeon has said that he won’t perform any more ops on the star.
Heidi underwent a whopping 10 procedures in one sitting earlier this year, but revealed she still wanted bigger boobs.
However, the reality TV star will now have to scour the phone directory if she’s planning any additional augmentation – because it’s job done as far as Dr Frank Ryan’s concerned.

He said: “There’s really nothing to do!
“I told Heidi, ‘What are you going to do? You’re done!'”
The general consensus on our MySun forums was that surgery hadn’t improved Heidi’s appearance, with many stating The Hills star was more attractive pre-op.
But that hasn’t stopped her peers from inundating Dr Ryan with requests for consultations.
He added: “In the reality world, there’s a lot of competition and there’s a lot of possessiveness for one’s doctor.
“It’s pretty interesting.”
