Michelle Paige, the wife of Gov. Paterson, is still finding time to get away from the political turmoil surrounding her embattled husband. Paige, casually clad in running shoes, was spotted having an early dinner with an unidentified male at Meatpacking eatery Abe & Arthur’s on Monday night. “They were pretty quiet and kept to themselves,” a spy tells Page Six. “They sat away from most other people so as to not draw any unnecessary attention.”
