The reality starlet underwent 10 procedures in one sitting — a mini brow lift, Botox in her forehead and frown area, nose job revision, fat injections to her cheeks and nasolabial folds and lips, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, her ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction to her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs and a buttock augmentation.

Husband Spencer Pratt said that he thought Heidi Montag was beautiful before the 10 procedures, but added that it is her body and that anything she does with it is ultimately her decision. “I may not be okay with things, but it’s not my call,” Pratt has said. “I’m not in charge of what she does with any part of her body. I’m her husband – not her owner.”
