After opening up restaurant/lounge Ken mare, Paul Sevigny and Nur Khan now have their eyes on Greenwich Street institution Don Hill’s. We hear the duo will undertake a com plete renovation of the famed nightclub, which previously hosted the weekly MisShapes dance party frequented by the likes of Madonna and Hilary Duff. “The deal has been in the works for a while, but they finally locked it up,” a source tells Page Six. “They were also looking at a spot on Bond Street, but this was a better fit.”
