Entertainment lawyer Allen Grubman has scooped up late agent Sue Mengers’ three bedroom, three-bathroom Beverly Hills home, which was on the market for $5 million. Mengers — whose clients included Barbra Streisand, Michael Caine and Mike Nichols — died in October. The house was built in 1959 by John Elgin Woolf, who designed homes for Cary Grant, Errol Flynn and Judy Garland. Grubman bought the residence because of increasing business in LA and because his current wife Deborah’s children live in the area. Grubman has repped Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Mariah Carey and Bruce Springsteen.
