The scandalously low-cut dress that Miley Cyrus wore to the CNN Heroes Awards Sunday night has many saying that the 19-year-old has gotten breast implants.
Star Magazine consulted with three plastic surgery experts and all suspect that Cyrus’ busty new look is the result of implants.
“It looks like she has had them done,” Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics told the magazine. “If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation … Whoever did them did a very good job.”
Dr. Michael Niccole of California’s Cosmeticare agreed.
And a third surgeon even raised the bar with his observations: New Jersey-based plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt said, “The outline of the implants are clearly visible in the inner lower portions of her breasts.”
While Cyrus’ camp has yet to respond to the report, a source close to the Disney actress claims this is all conjecture.
“It’s not true at all,” the source tells Page Six. “Miley never had breast implants.”
Two years ago, when Cyrus was just 17, similar reports cropped up and then, too, sources close to the “Hannah Montana” star refuted the claims.
“It’s absurd. Miley has never even considered it,” a source told Gossip Cop at the time. “She’s always been very comfortable in her own skin.”
