“Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus has shed her Disney skin in recent years, letting herself be documented giving a director a lap dance, smoking salvia out of a bong, calling herself a “stoner,” and striking a raunchy pose with an X-rated cake. But reports say that boyfriend Liam Hemsworth is not always amused by Cyrus’ party antics.
“He enjoys the fun-loving side of Miley, but he gets concerned too,” a source tells Us Weekly. “She’s always out in skimpy outfits and writhing on him. Sometimes he looks embarrassed for her.”

The sources adds that Hemsworth, 22, often feels like he’s in baby-sitting mode hanging out with his 19-year-old girlfriend, who began dating after they co-starred in “The Last Song.”
“Liam’s always looking after her,” the source said.
Most recently, Cyrus was spotted parking her white Mercedes in a clearly-marked handicapped spot at her pilates studio.
She also showed off her toned abs in a belly-baring ensemble at the Los Angeles premiere of “The Hunger Games” last week, alongside Hemsworth.
