Photog alleges Brian Austin Green beat him up as Megan Fox taunted him

A photographer is suing Brian Austin Green, claiming that the “Beverly Hills, 90210” actor chased him, beat him up and threw his iPhone in the ocean while wife Megan Fox egged him on.

TMZ reports that photographer Delbert Shaw filed a lawsuit this morning in Los Angeles County Superior Court over the alleged incident, which took place last December when Shaw was tasked with snapping Green and Fox on vacation in Hualalai, Hawaii. Shaw alleges that when the famous couple realized they were being tailed at the Four Seasons Resort, the two began making verbal threats at him.

MEGAN FOX DIDN”T KNOW WHO BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN WAS WHEN THEY MET

Shaw alleges that a turning point came when Fox yelled, “Are you going to let him get away with that?”

Shaw claims that Green then ran toward him and assaulted him, causing what the suit calls “severe injuries.” Shaw also alleges that Green grabbed his iPhone and tossed it into the ocean.

Shaw is being represented Sark Ohanian at law firm of Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley LLP in Beverly Hills. Neither Fox nor Green’s reps have commented yet on the allegations.

The case sounds oddly similar to a recent incident involving British comedian Russell Brand. While on vacation in New Orleans, Brand grabbed a photographer’s iPhone and tossed it, breaking the window of a nearby law firm.

Brand was arrested for the incident, and was released on a $5,000 bond. Shortly after he joked on Twitter that his actions were actually for a good cause.

“Since Steve Jobs died I cannot bear to see anyone use an iphone irreverently,” said Brand. “What I did was a tribute to his memory.”

After dating on and off for six years, Green and Fox married at the Four Seasons Resort in Hawaii in June of 2010.
