A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, before Kim Kardashian and Kanye West turned into the notorious couple known as KimYe, they were just two famous people who worked together for a TV skit.
In 2008, West and fellow rapper Rhymefest were behind the Comedy Central show “Alligator Boots” that featured puppets interacting with celebrities. Think Muppets-meets-“Crank Yankers” for a 18+ show. Kardashian was tapped to appear as Princess Leia in the pilot. West was decked out in Stormtrooper gear. It never made it to the air (meanwhile, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” is in its seventh season).
We guess loved up Kimmy was feeling a little nostalgic – or maybe she just really liked how she looked in the iconic gold bikini – so she Instagramed a screen shot of their scene together because why not. She captioned alongside the pic “Throwback Thursday me & Yeezy 2008.”
Kim recently showed off her assets in a plunging blue gown at the Angel Ball hosted by Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation at Cipriani Wall Street in New York. Kanye was dutifully on her arm.
