Frigid temperatures and a gusty snowstorm made for an ironic night for a premiere of “Warm Bodies,” but the zombie romance drew a bevy of bundled-up celebs. Star Nicholas Hoult seems to have mended a broken heart (the “Skins” actor recently broke up with Jennifer Lawrence) and partied the night away at the Cinema Society & Artistry bash at the Hotel on Rivington Friday with Beth and Howard Stern, Helena Christensen, Parker Posey, Gabourey Sidibe and Tony Danza.
