Tom Hanks was a surprise guest at a Lincoln Center premiere of Netflix’s “House of Cards.” “He came through a side door straight from rehearsals for his play ‘Lucky Guy’ (about columnist Mike McAlary),” said a spy. “He was in jeans, a plaid shirt and knapsack, and said he’d been ‘practicing stage combat all day.’ ” Also at the debut of the $100 million series were show directors David Fincher, Joel Schumacher, Carl Franklin and James Foley, plus George Stephanopoulos, Steven Soderbergh, Bennett Miller, Kate and Rooney Mara and Kevin Spacey.
