Chris Brown’s “Instagram rant” where he blasted critics and said “enough is enough” is a fake, his rep says.
GossipCop reports that the Instagram account does not belong to Brown and a user named ChrisRealBrown wrote the wildly circulated tirade.
Brown’s rep told the site, “It’s fake. He currently doesn’t have an Instagram.”
It was reported earlier today that following a harsh 19-page report from the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office claiming that the R&B singer did not complete his community service requirement, “Brown” took to his “private Instagram” to air his frustrations.
“Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!!” according to the lengthy post obtained by E! Online. “Yes it bothers me but it’s not my main focus! My music is … And when I speak on it … it’s because I want people to know how I feel.”
It was believed that the troubled 23-year-old had made his account by-request only following his widely circulated (and criticized) Jesus-on-the-cross post after his dust-up with Frank Ocean in the parking lot of a LA recording studio.
“Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect im sick of being accused,” the post continued. “Im Tired yall just dont understand Ive been going through this s–t since I was 19 years old..you cant sit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome out of anything I do?”
“Just when everything seems to be going good, some new shit happens. A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!”
The DA filed a lengthy motion yesterday to revoke Brown’s probation from his 2009 assault on Rihanna, claiming his community service records were “at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting.”
The motion filed Tuesday also lists several incidents that prosecutors say demonstrate Brown has ongoing anger management issues, according to the AP. They cited a Jan. 27 fight between Brown and Ocean, and a 2011 outburst in which Brown threw a chair through a window after he was asked about the Rihanna attack on “Good Morning America.”
Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has since slammed the accusations. “Apparently the district attorney’s office has completely lost their minds,” he said to the Los Angeles Times. “They are making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory statements and apparently have lost their ability to read their own reports.”
