Before Playboy photographer Stephen Wayda shot centerfolds from Pamela Anderson to Kim Kardashian, he shot Salt Lake City’s hometown girls for ads for Mormon department store ZCMI, reports the Beverly Hills Courier. Wayda was introduced to the magazine through photographer Dwight Hooker, who came up with the “What Sort of Man Reads Playboy?” ads in the ’70s. Naturally, Wayda used two Salt Lake City girls for his first Playboy centerfold spread.
