‘BIG BROTHER’ IS WATCHING YOU

IF you want to appear in the eighth season of “Big Brother,” prepare to have your personal life subjected to an FBI-like investigation. In its casting call for potential contestants in this week’s Backstage, producers of the CBS reality show warn: “Note: [We] will conduct civil, criminal, financial, driver history and any other types of background checks deemed necessary.” But they do want applicants to be “fun, outgoing, energetic – ‘characters’ a must.’ ”
