SEAN “Poison” Penn has native Hawaiians up in arms. The acerbic Oscar winner and his family have been staying at the posh Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, which is undergoing an expansion that residents say poses an environmental threat to the coastline and desecrates sacred ancestral burial grounds, reports hollywoodinterrupted.com. One Hawaiian told the Web site: “It’s bad enough that Turtle Bay is built upon my ancestors’ bones, but the idea that Sean Penn would pay to support what we’ve been protesting for 30 years makes me sick.” Penn’s rep did not return our call.
