THERE wasn’t a wrinkle in the house when an army of smooth-skinned celebs packed a San Francisco club to celebrate the “annual 29th birthday” of Dr. Seth Matarasso, the West Coast’s undisputed “Botox King.” Robin Williams, Vanessa Getty, Willie Brown and Rita Moreno were among 250 guests who crowded club Vessel, where vodka shots were served in syringes. Moreno crooned “Happy Birthday” in a breathy coo like Marilyn Monroe’s to President Kennedy, and Denise Hale sashayed around in the company of the Royal Prince and Princess of Serbia while four body-painted but otherwise naked Barbie and Ken dolls gave the guests an eyeful. A beaming Matarasso later brought on ’70s disco queen Gloria Gaynor, who belted out “I Will Survive” and insisted she’s never gotten ‘toxed for a very good reason. She laughingly roared, “Because, honey – black don’t crack!”
