Andre Balazs, Tory Burch, Desiree Gruber, Kyle MacLachlan, Jason Priestley and John Sykes sipped on Casa Dragones tequila while toasting the hair icon, who divides his time between Paris and New York. He was recognized on Monday night for his positive impact on French culture.
