A son for Revlon chairman Ronald Perelman and wife Anna Chapman

It’s a boy for Ronald Perelman and wife Dr. Anna Chapman. The billionaire Revlon chairman and the Harvard-educated psychiatrist welcomed a son into the world last week. Sources confirmed that the healthy infant, born via surrogate, has been named Oscar, and at his bris on Sunday he was given the Jewish name of Lyor Dov in honor of Claudia Cohen, Ronald’s former wife and a legendary Page Six editor who died in 2007 from ovarian cancer. Lyor Dov is a variation on Claudia’s Jewish name. A friend told us, “Ronald and Anna are over the moon with their little son. Those who attended the ceremony said it was very touching to remember Claudia in that special way.” Oscar is Perelman’s seventh child. He has four grown children — Steven, Josh, Hope and Debra — and daughters Samantha and Caleigh, who live with him and his wife. Chapman converted to Judaism last year because of Perelman’s strong Orthodox beliefs, and the couple married last month.
