Sultry “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara is in talks to be the new face of Kmart. The Colombia-born actress is supposedly working on a deal with the retail giant to appear in its ad campaigns and create a line of hair, clothing, accessories and beauty products.
Sources estimate the deal is worth about $8 million. Vergara earned an Emmy nomination this year for her role as saucy trophy wife Gloria Delgado-Pritchett in the ABC comedy series. Reps for Vergara and for Kmart could not be reached.
