Julianne Hough and her “Footloose” co-star, Kenny Wormald, tore up the floor with a dance-off at the movie’s after-party Wednesday at Catch. They expertly danced, surrounded by a crowd, until well after midnight at the Cinema Society bash in what could have been a scene from the foot-tapping flick. Former “Dancing With the Stars” pro Hough told us the original “Footloose” was one of her favorites when she was younger, but the routine she did most in her bedroom was from “Flashdance” — not the one from the strip club, but Jennifer Beals’ angry dance to “Maniac.”

Hough, out without beau Ryan Seacrest, said she’s enjoying filming “Rock of Ages” in Miami with Tom Cruise, Russell Brand and Alec Baldwin, noting, “Tom is amazing. I will forever think of him as a rock star from now on because he so convincingly plays one.” Also at the Svedka-sponsored “Footloose” bash: Peter Facinelli, Russell Simmons and Melissa George, Petra Nemcova, Nicole Miller and Joe Zee.
