Lindsay may face jail after violating court orders: report

Troubled “Mean Girls” star Lindsay Lohan may be sent back to jail after she was booted off a community service program and missed court-ordered appointments with a psychologist.

The actress violated two of Judge Stephanie Sautner’s orders by not seeing a psychologist every week and not completing 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles, TMZ reported.

Lohan was kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center because she did not show up regularly and often would stay only for a short period.

The 25 year old was sentenced to the work as part of her probation for pleading no contest to taking a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles boutique in January.

She was required to serve at least four hours at a time at the center and be reliable and nondisruptive.

Sources told TMZ that Lohan believes she was unfairly booted, insisting that the staff at the center were “mean” to her and claiming that she did everything she was asked to do.

“Lindsay is now serving her community service at the Red Cross, and we’re not providing any comment beyond that,” her rep told E! News.

Lohan had been due to complete 360 hours at the women’s center, with the remaining 120 hours earmarked for janitorial duty at the Los Angeles County Morgue.

However, sources connected with the probation department told TMZ that as of Sept. 30, Lohan had only logged 21 hours. She must complete the rest by May 11, 2012.

She is due back in court next week for a progress hearing.
