While many ballers have taken advantage of the NBA lockout by partying hard, Knicks forward Amar’e Stoudemire has been hitting the science and history books at Florida International University. “I’m back at school at FIU, studying history and science,” Stoudemire, who has been spotted on the Miami campus recently, told The Post’s Anthony Sulla-Heffinger at the launch of Activision’s “Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure” game at Guastavino’s. Stoudemire also said he has been working on his acting: “I just finished filming ‘The Exes’ and was on ‘Entourage.’ I’ve been getting more calls about doing shows.” He does have a dream role, saying he wants “to play a cop, to be like the next Ice-T (currently starring in “Law & Order”).” As for getting back on the court, Stoudemire told Page Six that he has his sights set on the President for a matchup. “I want to play one-on-one against Barack Obama. I heard he’s pretty good. I want to test my skills against him,” Stoudemire added.
