“Blossom” actress and math whiz Mayim Bialik will still be able to count to 10, on all fingers, following a nasty car crash in Los Angeles.
She suffered severe cuts on her hand and thumb Wednesday after the midday airbag-deploying smash up at Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea Avenue, police said.
With her husband typing, Bialik tweeted: “In pain but will keep all my fingers.”
The 36-year-old actress, now on CBS’s “Big Bang Theory,” played the adorably awkward teenager Blossom Russo between 1991 and 1995.
Off screen, Bialik went on to college and picked up a PhD in neuroscience at UCLA in 2007.
Her doctoral thesis was “Hypothalamic Regulation in Relation to Maladaptive, Obsessive-Compulsive, Affiliative, and Satiety Behaviors in Prader-Willi Syndrome,” according to Bialik’s web site.
