Richards’ Southampton home on Saturday. “There will be protein, but instead of serving a 12-ounce steak it will be, maybe, a smaller portion with more vegetables,” he said of the menu. “Everything at the source is antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and it’s pricier. But especially out here and especially in summer, produce is amazing, and I want to take advantage of it.” Jon Bon Jovi, Katie Lee and Hilary Rhoda also attended the event.
