Tim Gunn feels guilty critiquing celebrity fashion — except where it comes to Kim Kadashian. The former Parsons chief creative officer and “Project Runway” mentor said, “I have a regular article in People StyleWatch, and when I am really concerned about the political fallout, I’ll ask the editors to change the person out,” Gunn said during a Gilt City party for his book “Fashion Bible” at Wollman Hall. “But when it’s Kim Kardashian, I don’t care.” He also admitted Diane von Furstenberg encouraged him to improve his own appearance: “She was looking at me in my office [years ago at Parsons] like there was cauliflower cooking or something,” he said, adding she made him realize, “I need to do something about my look.”
