Sage Stallone died from heart attack, not drugs: report

Sylvester Stallone’s son, Sage, 36, died from a heart attack and not a drug overdose, according to a new report.

TMZ says that the Los Angeles County Coroner determined that the death of Stallone’s son is a result of natural causes — and that there were no drugs in his system.

The website also says that there were signs of heart disease.

Sage Stallone’s body was discovered July 13 in his home.

In his first televised interview since the tragedy, “Expendables” star Sylvester Stallone called Sage’s untimely passing a “reality of life.”

“It’s tough, I mean, it’s very, very tough,” Stallone told NBC’s “Today” in an interview.
