Amanda Bynes pulled over again on suspended license

Unfortunately, having a suspended license means nothing to Amanda Bynes, as she was reportedly pulled over again in her latest driving-related mishap.

Police stopped her black BMW Sunday evening because she was driving without headlights after dark, the Los Angeles Times alleges.

Surprisingly, the “Easy A” actress was not arrested after being banned from the road just last week.

LAPD Lt. Andrew Nieman told the newspaper that the officers informed Bynes for safety purposes but let her off the hook with a warning.

They are not required in such cases to ask for or to run a driver’s license, he continued.

The continually car-troubled actress is facing a drunk driving charge after hitting a LA County sheriff’s vehicle April 6 in West Hollywood. She was charged with a DUI for refusing to take a Breathalyzer or blood-alcohol test.

She also has two more charges of hit-and-run filed this week that caused a suspension in her license, officials with the Department of Motor Vehicles said.

Bynes is due in court later this month to face the hit-and-run charges. Each of the misdemeanors carries a maximum of six months in jail.
