The ongoing saga of Lily Pond — the East Hampton club of Michael Satsky, Brian Gefter and Unik — finally has a happy ending. Sources say the landlord gave up his fight to oust them before their lease expires in September. Court filings backing the trio included affidavits from nightlife impresarios Noah Tepperberg, David Rabin, Jeffrey Chodo row and Scott Sartiano. “The justice system prevailed in our favor. We look forward to an other great summer at 44 Three Mile Harbor Road in East Hampton,” Satsky confirmed to us.
