Ken Starr’s wife not waiting for jailed hubby

Diane Passage isn’t waiting around for her Ponzi scheming hubby, Ken Starr, to get out of jail. “Billionaire is the new millionaire,” Passage told us over dinner at MPD on Gansevoort Street. The dorky money manager, who raked in millions from stars like Uma Thurman and Sylvester Stallone, checks up on his gorgeous (former pole-dancing) wife daily from prison.

“He plays 20 questions with me from, ‘What’s your favorite color?’ to, ‘How many men have you hooked up with?’ ” she told us. “I always tell him, none of your business . . . But if I did hook up with another guy I think it would be OK — he owes me, he’s in jail.” With Starr’s assets frozen, would she return to pole dancing? “Hell, no. I’m 34, I don’t even think they would take me back.” She’s planning “Pole Superstar” competitions, work out videos and writing a book. She spends time with Andrew Madoff‘s fiancée, Catherine Hopper, who lives in the same building. Passage said, “She’s selling disaster insurance. I was thinking of getting it. It’s helpful if your husband is a Ponzi schemer.”
