Penn Badgley says he’s tired of filming CW’s “Gossip Girl,” and he and girlfriend Blake Lively are “not friends” with co-stars Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr. “It is what it is,” Badgley told us at Cipriani Wall Street. “It’s the fourth season. It’s become routine.” As for Westwick and Szohr — who recently reunited after a brief breakup — Badgley said, “Good for them.” We won’t see the rekindled couple out with Badgley and Lively: “We’re not friends. I mean we just don’t double date.” Badgley partied at the Hennessy Artistry concert featuring The Roots, Q-Tip, Daniel Merriweather, Erykah Badu, Eve and Mike Posner. “I love Q-Tip,” he said. On the other side of the VIP area, Selita Ebanks, featured in Kanye West‘s “Runaway” video, lounged with Kat Deluna. She dismissed rumors of a romance with West: “It’s just because of the video that people think we’re together. I’m dating my career.”
