Victoria’s Secret model Jessica Hart has broken up with longtime boyfriend Nicolas Potts, lead singer of Aussie rock band Tamarama. Hart, who’s been a Guess model and featured on the cover of Vogue Australia, dated Potts for six years. They lived together for most of their relationship, most recently in NoLita, but Hart moved out last week. Their relationship was featured on MTV’s “The City.” Hart is currently in Mallorca shooting a campaign for H&M.
