The Clintons’ Westchester waffling continues. Hillary Rodham Clinton wants to move from Chappaqua to more stately Clover Hill Farm, but Bill doesn’t appear to be in a rush. The last time the couple visited Clover Hill was a month ago — their ninth time. The Clintons have seen every home on the market in their price range over a two- year period, and sources said that local real-estate brokers are weary of it. “If it wasn’t them, no one would show them anything anymore. They are perennial lookers,” said one broker. Since the summer, Clover Hill has dropped in price from $10.9 million to $8.9 million.
