Chris Brown busted for assault in ‘gay slur’ attack

WASHINGTON — Hanging out with Rihanna isn’t the only thing that sends Chris Brown into a rage — photobombing also apparently makes his fists fly.

The singer allegedly bashed a man in the face in Washington, DC, Sunday after the man tried to jump in front of a picture Brown was taking with female fans.

Brown, 24, reportedly spewed a homophobic slur during the clash.

“I’m not into this gay s- -t. I’m into boxing,” he allegedly said as he broke the 20-year-old photobomber’s nose, TMZ.com reported.

The dust-up erupted at 4:30 a.m. outside the W Hotel, near the White House.

Brown — still on probation for his 2009 assault on then-gal pal Rihanna in Los Angeles — had been partying at the nearby hot spot Park, witnesses told The Post. As he left, he stopped to take a picture with two women, then tangled with the photobomber.

Brown was in jail Sunday night awaiting a court hearing Monday.

He could face five to 10 years behind bars if found guilty of the assault rap — and up to four years if deemed in violation of his probation.

Brown’s friend Chris Hollosy, 35, was also arrested on an assault charge.

Brown’s camp denied that photobombing sparked the scuffle, saying it started when they tried to stop the women from “trespassing” on Brown’s tour bus.

As they blocked the women, the alleged victim and a pal attacked, Brown’s camp said.

Brown is slated to play a concert at the Roseland Ballroom in Midtown on Tuesday.

While he is a proponent of same-sex marriage, he has been caught making gay slurs before.

In 2010, he reportedly called singer Raz-B of the band B2K a “homothug.” He also called the gay singer Frank Ocean a “f- - - -t” after a brawl in a parking lot.
