Halle Berry was beaming after a big round in court on Friday in the custody battle with her ex Gabriel Aubry over their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla.
In Los Angeles, their lawyers had argued over a “movie clause” which determined how much time they were able to spend with Nahla while the lovely actress travels to Europe for filming commitments. The judge ruled in favor of Berry’s plea to let the girl stay with her while she’s on location.
