Charlie’s losing on Twitter

Charlie Sheen’s cellphone went into a meltdown after he accidentally tweeted his personal phone number while trying to direct-message Justin Bieber to call him.

The tiger-blooded actor had yet another trademark “#winning” moment when he mistakenly tweeted his private digits to his 5 million Twitter followers over dinner at Michelin-starred restaurant Guy Savoy in Vegas last week.

The former “Two and a Half Men” star — hoping to send a private message to Bieber to get him to call — sent out the message, “310-954-7277 Call me bro. C,” and followers quickly retweeted the message.

A spy at the restaurant told us: “Charlie’s phone immediately went into meltdown. It was ringing wildly, and he got 1,800 text messages in minutes. Charlie saw the funny side and answered the phone a few times, saying things like ‘Ray’s Pizza’ and ‘Winning.’

“But his phone just continued ringing and buzzing and eventually just completely melted down,” our spy said. “Charlie was, like, ‘I guess I need a new phone.’ ”

Sheen jetted into Vegas for dinner with friends at the Caesars Palace restaurant Wednesday night. The group of eight dined on appetizers of caviar and artichoke and black-truffle soup. Sheen and pals then shared four fish and four meat entrees. But it was a pretty sober night, with his group guzzling only three bottles of wine among them and Sheen not appearing to touch a drop.

Another spy told us: “Charlie was the most polite in the group. At one point, he started getting out a cigarette. One of his friends told him, ‘You are Charlie Sheen; you can do whatever you want,’ but the restaurant manager told him that was not the case, and Charlie put his cigarette away.”

Not surprising, Sheen’s rep told us: “I haven’t been able to get through to him on the phone since Wednesday. He just got a new number.”
