Justin Bieber has compared himself to Michael Jackson by posting a picture of himself in a similar pose as the King of Pop when he was put on trial.
The teen heartthrob posted a split image on Instagram Friday showing him on top of an SUV waving to fans after being released from custody.
The other side of the image showed the famous picture of Jacko on top of his own limo, flashing the peace sign to fans as he arrived for his trial over claims of child molestation, where he was cleared of all charges in 2005.
Bieber’s post – thought to be referring to overzealous prosecution from the authorities and wrongful portrayal in the media he believes both he and Jacko suffered – includes the caption: “What more can they say.”
Meanwhile his father tweeted when Justin was released from the Miami, Florida jail on Friday, “I can protect my kids, but I can’t protect them from you and your lies. Believe in the truth not in the lies of the enemy. #reallife”
Bieber is accused of drag racing a Lambourghini while stoned and drunk in the early hours of Thursday morning in Miami.
