Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are certainly good at keeping secrets. After denying just weeks ago that Wood was pregnant, they confirmed today that she is carrying their first child.
The “thrilled” couple “are expecting their first child later this year,” a rep for the couple told US Weekly.
The super-private stars had also managed to keep their wedding under wraps when they tied the knot back on October 30 in California, only tipping off the world when they appeared days later at LAX wearing wedding rings.
Wood, 25, and Bell, 26, met back in 2005 when they both appeared in Green Day’s “Wake Me Up When September Ends” video. They split the next year, and Wood famously went on to date and get engaged to Marilyn Manson. After breaking up with the rocker, she and Bell reunited in summer 2011. Bell proposed the next year.
