Beyonce pens note to fans after canceled show: I will make it up to you

After postponing her concert in Belgium Tuesday, Beyonce posted an apology note early this morning to her blog.

Beyonce canceled the show due to dehydration and exhaustion, according to an AP report.

The note is addressed to her “dearest fans in Antwerp” and apologizes for the decision to cancel the concert.

“I’ve never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me,” the singer writes in block print.

She also thanks fans for their concern and assures that she is “feeling much better now.”

Beyonce promises she “will make it up very soon” and signs off with “see you tonight.”

The singer’s publicist told the AP yesterday Beyonce has been advised by her doctors to rest. She was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. The show will be rescheduled and tickets can be used at that show.

Her next tour date is Wednesday at the same arena. The statement says “she is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision.”

Beyonce, 31, launched her “Mrs. Carter World Tour” last month in Belgrade, Serbia. It wraps Aug. 5 at the Barclays Center.
