Demi Moore ‘demanding Ashton Kutcher pay for apartment renovations’

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher’s divorce is still painfully trudging along — eighteen months after their split.

The stall seems to be over the Moore’s demand that her ex pay spousal support, even though she has more money in the bank. The “Charlie’s Angels” actress’ net worth is estimated at $150 million, and Kutcher is $10 million behind.

According to TMZ, Moore insists that the “Jobs” actor fork over money for renovations on her $25 million NYC apartment in the luxe San Remo building, but Kutcher isn’t budging.

Page Six exclusively reported this week she is also unhappy about Kutcher’s $100 million venture capital fund, and feels he owes her $10 million from it.

We detailed how the divorce has spiraled into a battle over his venture capital fund, A-Grade investments, that he set up with Guy Oseary and Ron Burkle.

A source told us, “Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn’t believe he owes her as much as she is asking for.”

“Now it seems Ashton and Oseary were working towards a private offering based on a valuation of $100 million,” the source added. “Ashton owns 20 percent of the fund, under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share — $10 million.”

The seemingly never-ending divorce, however, may soon some to a close as TMZ’s sources say that Moore is “backing off” many of her demands and could settle as early as next month.
