Justin Bieber reportedly claims that he’s being “framed” and denies that he allegedly spit in a neighbor’s face and was allegedly speeding through his Calabasas neighborhood in his Ferrari over the weekend.
According to TMZ, the LA County District Attorney is deciding whether to prosecute Bieber for the alleged spitting incident back in March. However, the singer’s lawyer reportedly has a witness who will swear under oath that Bieber never actually spit. Unfortunately for Bieber, the DA also has a witness, who is not the alleged victim, testifying that he did.
Over the weekend, at least two neighbors called the cops to report that Bieber was dangerously speeding through a gated Los Angeles community. Former Jets wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson even tried to confront Bieber face-to-face about his alleged reckless driving.
However, sources on Team Justin insist to TMZ that Bieber wasn’t driving the car. The second case has yet to be seen by the DA.
