“Lee Daniels’ The Butler” star Jane Fonda is known for loving a good burger. And this week, astonishingly trim Fonda, 75, ordered $50 cheeseburgers to be delivered to the Roy Teeluck salon on East 57th Street on consecutive days while she was getting her hair coiffed. On Monday and Tuesday, while she was getting ready for press appearances for the movie, in which she plays Nancy Reagan, she told salon staff of her craving, and they ordered from the Four Seasons Hotel across the street.
