Literary lothario Salman Rushdie has been spending time with a new lady, we hear, named Missy Brody. The couple were seen holding hands heading into the New York City Opera spring gala, then looking even more couple-like at intermission. We’re told they were introduced through mutual friends and “have known each other for years.” Rushdie and his new gal pal were also spotted at Vanity Fair’s Tribeca Film Festival bash, and an Art Production Fund gala to honor Yoko Ono.
