It may be her second wedding anniversary, but the Duchess of Cambridge made the rounds at the Naomi House Children’s Hospice in the southern England.

The hospice provides care for children who are unlikely to live to adulthood. During the occasion, Kate – showing off her bump in a peach dress and coral coat – met and had a tea party with some of the hospice’s children and their families.

Last week, the seven-months pregnant duchess delivered her first ever video message to raise awareness for the UK’s Together For Short Lives charity to celebrate Children’s Hospice Week that runs until May 3rd.

“Children’s Hospice Week is a time to recognize, celebrate and support the inspirational work of these hospices, and those who provide palliative care to these children and families,” she said. “Children’s hospices provide lifelines to families at a time of unimaginable pain. The support they give is vital.”

Middleton wed Prince William two years ago today in a lavish ceremony watched by billions around the world. The couple reportedly enjoyed a private weekend away to celebrate their anniversary. According to reports, William is currently busy on his shift as a RAF Search and Rescue pilot.
