Simon Cowell is selling his bachelor pad in prime Beverly Hills as he prepares to move into a more family-oriented home with his pregnant girlfriend, Lauren Silverman.
The flashy, four-bedroom property is up for sale for $20 million. We’re told it boasts a pool, 18-foot ceilings and sweeping city and ocean views. A source told Page Six: “It’s a party pad, the ultimate bachelor pad. But Simon never moved in, and his life is about to change dramatically, so now he is looking for something different.”
The house is being marketed by Mark Williams of Signature Properties in Beverly Hills. Neither Williams nor reps for the “X Factor” mogul got back to us by deadline. Lauren’s divorce from hubby Andrew Silverman was finalized last week.
Sources tell us Simon, who owns another Beverly Hills manse, is “searching for a new, more family-friendly mansion to bring up his son.” Lauren is expected to jet between LA and New York, where her and Silverman’s son, Adam, lives.
