Ambassador to Spain hosts royal couple

New US Ambassador to Spain James Costos and his partner and White House decorator, Michael S. Smith, hosted Spain’s Prince Felipe and his wife, Princess Letizia, at their LA home on Thursday night.

The private dinner was graced by two of Spain’s most talented — and debonair — exports, Antonio Banderas and Benicio del Toro, as well as Jon Hamm, Marisa Tomei, Warner Bros.’ Barry Meyer, LA County Museum of Art director Michael Govan, artists Mark Bradford, Ed Ruscha and Bill Viola, Tesla’s Elon Musk, Alexandra von Fürstenberg and Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark.

The royal couple also visited Silicon Valley, where they met with Google execs.
