Miley Cyrus is not new to the world of inking – but her latest tat may be the weirdest one yet. On Tuesday, the 20-year-old singer had famed tattoo artist Kat Von D inscribe Miley’s grandma’s face on her right forearm and tweeted the art with a simple but sweet message: “because I am her favorite & she is mine.”
